Combining the use of colour, the use of lighting and the choice of background, I aim to work at expressing my subjects' emotion or character in my portraits. In visualizing ideas, I use the same approach of colour, the use of lighting to charge the given concept with a sense of feeling or realness. Often character in emphasized or created by compositing from different layers.
