(15 extra images - 45 EUR or entire gallery - 99 EUR) STUDIO PORTRAITS 45 min - 3 edited images Relaxed guidance in a calm space — we bring out your essence. → 3 perfect portraits of the best you. Additional images - 25 EUR per photo CORPORATE EVENT 1 hour – 30 images Natural coverage that captures the energy and story of your event. → 30 standout images that show your success. Additional time - 100 EUR an hour HEADSHOTS/TEAM (on location) 5 images Easygoing yet polished — your team at their best. → 5 professional images that show you mean business. Cancellation Policy
Final payment must be made on the day of the shoot, directly to the photographer. Business clients receive a receipt for the deposit and can request an invoice for the remaining amount. In the unlikely event we’re unable to match you with a photographer, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the shoot. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time. Deposits are non-refundable to secure your booking. In the case of no-shows or cancellations under 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited. Outdoor shoots go ahead in light rain unless otherwise agreed — we’ll reschedule if weather makes shooting impossible. Edited images are delivered digitally within 5–7 business days, unless a different timeline is agreed.
