You’ll receive a custom quote and be matched with a photographer whose style aligns with your vision. Once confirmed, the creative process begins — your photographer will guide you through the concept, and together you’ll bring your vision to life on shoot day.
Cancellation Policy
Our Premium Experience is designed for discerning clients who value artistry, precision, and full-service support — from vision to delivery. ✔️ Booking & Payment No deposit is required. A full invoice will be issued, and payment must be completed before the shoot date to confirm your booking. Business clients receive a custom invoice for all services rendered, including any creative team or extended production. Should we be unable to confirm your selected photographer or agreed package, you will not be charged. 📆 Rescheduling & Cancellations Cancellations are accepted up to 3 days before the shoot with full refund. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to team and location availability. In case of late arrivals, the shoot may be shortened to respect scheduling commitments (unless otherwise arranged). 🌦 Weather & Special Logistics Outdoor shoots will proceed under normal weather conditions; if extreme weather arises, we will work with you to reschedule. Shoots involving additional crew, studio rentals, travel, or custom setups may include specific terms. These will be clearly outlined in your proposal and invoice. 🖼 Image Delivery & Support Final edited images are delivered via a secure gallery link within the agreed timeline (typically 5–10 business days). We offer creative guidance and assistance throughout the process — ensuring your vision is fully realized.
